No Insurance

Hi all, so I've been on Duloxitine for about 4 years now. I've been wanting to come off and need to talk to my provider about it but getting an appointment is often a 3 to 4 month wait. I do have an appointment set for September at the moment.

However, I'm in a lapse in health insurance coverage. I don't know what to do, I'm almost out of my current prescription and can not afford $568 to refill let alone per month. I've forgotten to take my dose and know what 2 days of withdrawal feels like but the idea of cold turkey terrifies me because I understand how dangerous it can be. I'm trying to enroll with state coverage but don't know how long that will be. Does anyone have an experience with this, maybe offer solutions I'm not thinking of?
