Advice on comapring two systems

I'm looking to build sort out a mini PC.

Currently I'm usiung this one below

MINISFORUM NUCXI7 Intel NUC Gaming Mini PC with 11th generation i7-11800H and Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 64GB DDR4 RAM and 2TB NVME SSD

As I travel a lot, I'm looking to replace it with this

Is it going to be as good what I've been using,
