Human’s age discussion

Do we know in a visual media form that has established how old humans can get?

Is it possible that humans can have a longer lifespan in the Star Wars universe? While not the same universe, Star Trek which is supposed to take place in a possible future of ours, humans started have extended lifespan up to 150.

I bring this up because I wonder if a young Darth sideous could show up in a season 2.

Any thoughts?
