Being trans is ruining my career

I have been a nanny for several years. Before I started T and went by an androgynous name I had no problems finding work even when I had much less experience. Now I’ve been on T for a year and I’ve been looking for a new job for two months and it’s hopeless. I can’t even get most families to read my message, let alone hear back from them. Or everything is fine until we have a phone call and then suddenly something is an issue even though we aligned on everything and the call went really well. This is the only career that has made me happy and I’m so upset that I’m basically being forced out of it because I’m more masculine. I do recognize that some of this could also be the job market but I think my gender presentation is a big part of it.
