Stomach dysfunction

I am having almost perfectly formed bms, like a 4 on the chart, but I keep having to go. I skipped a day of using the bathroom. Is it possible it’s all just coming out now? The anxiety that comes with having strange stomach habits after having everything figured out is so overwhelming.
