analog* compressor vs mic pre

so i’m about to move into my first apartment & i’m considering selling a piece of my analog gear to get some extra cash in case of an emergency ☹️, i have two pieces im considering, it’s a Warm Audio WA-2A & a Neve 1073 SPX. side note, i record and mix my own vocals. if u guys we’re in my shoes, which one would you sell? i’m leaning more towards the WA-2A because i love the sound the neve gives my vocals, as well as compression can also be handled in the mixing stage. let me know you’re thoughts & recommendations, thanks
