the smurfing in this game is making me stop

played this game for a long time. but the smurfing is insane. im in gold and literally all of my last 10 games there is a levl 20 reyna who drops 30 kills. game is a joke.

how is nothing done about this?

they need to copy csgo and charge for ranked. unpopular opinion but i dont care, its fucking insane.
