Blister on penis after hitting it

I’m a 19 male weigh 176 6’0 so about 5-6 days ago I was having sex and my penis slipped and hit her pretty hard. I lost my erection immediately. I got home later that night and noticed a blister and kinda look swollen. Well last night I decided to rub one out and that made it bigger. It’s better today been putting ice on it. Is this normal?
