Pee pad smell solutions

I live in Chicago and have a tiny dog. I got her in the winter so I potty trained her using pee pads. Now, 2 years later she’s very well trained and never pees outside of her pee pad. The problem now is that I’m starting to worry that I have nose blindness and can’t smell how bad my living room smells because that’s where her crate and pee pad is (it doesn’t fit in my room).

I’m curious as to what other small dog owners that live in cold areas do. I’ve seen insulated dog houses on TikTok, now sure how feasible that is. Any tips or products that have worked for you?
