Lost clubcard points

I went to go use my clubcard and use all the points I've gained and turn them to vouchers however the 400 points I had saved were dimished to about 70 and I have no vouchers in the vouchers tab, however I do have coupons. Am I right in thinking my points have automatically been converted to these coupons that I doubt I'll ever use? I've seen people have the same but they don't get coupons, it's automatically turned to money off vouchers.

If not, the only other thing I can think of is someone has got into my clubcard and using it elsewhere
