Is this a positive test Result?

Tested positive Monday July 15th, was presumably positive more than likely a day earlier. 5th day of 98.7 temperature with no Fever reducer. no cough, No stuffy/runny nose, no signs of fatigue or tiredness (didn't get full nights rest though but that was my fault) I dont feel much chest congestion at all anymore, not spitting out gunk anymore. (all those i mentioned were symptoms i had during my time of infection). Ive seen some folk ask for help on whether their test was a positive or negative or not here so I thought id ask for help as well
