Question about sun exposure hsv1

I’m recently diagnosed so I’m still learning a lot. I’m a person that normally frequents beaches and likes to travel. If I put sunscreen my lips is that enough to save me from an outbreak? I haven’t had one yet but it’s a precaution I was worrying about. I saw a chapstick that had sunscreen it it that I was thinking about picking up too. Does anyone have any experience with this? Lmk!
