Where do I enter the checkout code?

I'm ordering and have a code for a new boot kit.....but for the life of me I can't find where I'm supposed to enter it.

I found a discount code place, but that keeps telling me the code isn't valid?

Ordering 8 inch moc toe in 67 smooth leather.
