What’s Next?

Alright guys I just finished the main story and completed the epilogue. After the epilogue I spent >10,000$ on all the clothes, all the guns and I bought three new horses( Harry Trotter, a Missouri Fox Trotter, Ron Neighsly, a Nokota, and Hermioneigh, a Turkoman). I just finished up all the legendary fish and I’m going to start all other legendary animals. After that what do I do in the game? Rdr2 is such a big game but I feel after I’m done with the legendary animals I’m not going to have anything else to do. What do yall suggest? Thanks
