Tips to stay in AAA contracts and earn more points as F2P

So i am trying to finish egg inc as an f2p getting all diamond trophies. So getting boosts and eggs are only through contracts. I just got promoted to AAA contract but i never have enough boosts to max habs or good artifacts. I do keep using 2 Tachyon almost all the time, but only cross 2-3 B chickens. Are there any tips to get more points in contract as i dont get demoted
