Can you guys help me out on this?

I remember from 2015-2017 i watched a nikolodeon show. I cant remember the name but this is what i can tell you. It was about a monster that was blue and from top to bottom there was darker shades of blue. He had 2 antenas and had yellow and red eyes. This monster goes on to befriend a human and has to hide it from society. He even sneaks it into school and i remember on a specific episode he was trying to get out of his backpack and get ice cream or something. And one episode, the monster took a kid to his "monster mansion" where there was multiple monsters there. The only detailed thing i can remember is a octupus playing ping pong. In the intro i only remember the monster eating a bowl of spaghetti really fast. And there was a girl who protested this monster and tried to send it to jail but they would always outsmart her at the end of each episode. This is all i cand remember
