Suggestions needed for an electric+amp bundle under 1200$

Hello everyone I wanted some suggestions as to what guitar and amp I should get. I have a total budget of 1100-1200$. This will be my second electric guitar. My first one was an Ibanez RG series but I hardly played that because I just bought one during that time to feel what it’s like to play an electric. Not that I did not like it, just that an acoustic seemed better for me coz I had no training whatsoever. Basically a campfire guitarist. I search chords for a song and kind of work around it a bit. Nothing an average player couldn’t do. It’s been the same since then, but now I really want to get into deeper stuff and play an electric and maybe even lead material like 3-4 years down the line depending on how I learn (I am very slow). No finger endurance etc.

I live in India so the options are limited too. I tried reading up on the type of pick ups, knobs etc but I thought people here might help me better coz experience. All I know is I definitely want an electric now and nothing too heavy. Something that is versatile and like produces good clean warm tones as well as good for leads and heavy stuff as well. I am guessing that’s more on the amplifier side. The brands and the types of guitars overwhelms me hence I came here to ask for help. Any suggestions would be really really helpful. Thanks in advance.
