[ON, Canada] Do we still report positive tests?

Did a test at home, positive but otherwise fine. If in Ontario, Canada:

1. Do we still report a positive result somewhere for record keeping? I cannot figure this out.

2. I went to the pharmacy yesterday before the symptoms broke, do I ring them to let them know about potential exposure - or is no one bothering anymore?
