Automatic Cancelled pre-order warning for Dutch people.

This might be for iDEAL payers only who pre-purchased homeworld 3 via amazon. This payment system is used by dutch people.

I ordered the HW3 CE on 6 of juli 2022 for €152,60 on Amazon. Exactly 2 weeks ago I got the message that my order was cancelled due to technical reasons. And when I checked the store it was up for €169,72 ready to be delivered instantly. (That is already scummy and anti-consumer.)

Waited 2 weeks and never got my refund. So I called them and after an hour long call which most of it was waiting and being accused of not asking the refund in time (again exactly 2 weeks later). They found my order and ofcourse it wasn't refunded. Now the stingy bit is that they could only offer store credit or I would have to talk to their legal team and wait MONTHS for my refund.

They said the problem is if you pre-order through iDEAL they cant refund after a certain amount of time and you're screwed unless you order more through Amazon.

I heard that more people from The Netherlands pre-ordered on this sub and maybe I can help 1 or 2 with this information.

I'm done with Amazon.
