Parcel stolen by Fedex?

Hi, I am sorry the fact that my first post in this subreddit is complaint but I would like to hear a advice in my adverse situation.

I ordered Framework 13 few days ago, and I was supposed to recieve the parcel today.

However, eventhough I recieved the message from fedex that my parcel was delivered, it never arrived in the first place. Furthermore, Fedex showed the proof of delivery and said it has my sign on it. Yet, I never met the delivery today and I never signed.

I am pretty sure that the parcel is stolen or lost, and I left the ticket in both Fedex and Framework team. But, I just wonder is such incident happen so often by using Fedex. I am at UK by the way...

Sorry about all the ranting, but this is so disappointing first step for me
