Never received rewards from hat contest

Hello! So recently there was a Fan Omen hat contest that fans could submit entries for. I was lucky enough to have won one of the 8 spots! I was supposed to get my rewards as soon as the hat set debuted. I never got anything, (digital or physical) and I have tried contacting support and via email for a few days now.

Does anyone have any other ideas of how to contact anyone in support, and also if there are any other hat contest winners here - have any of you also had this problem?
