Why do younger sibling like this?

I 16F have a younger brother 13M and a older brother 18M an the youngest is always trying to start problems

So we have this pc we each get 4 hour's on it but the youngest breaks these rules.

He refuses to clean up his crap and you have practically beg him to do the dishes so basement dweller person.

All because he's addicted to fortnite and believes he's gonna earn a ton of money even tho he couldn't win 4 square for the life of him.

Anyhow this morning he turned on the pc at 6:00am and fell back asleep we have this rule where if you leave or sleep and the computer was on for longer than an hour you no longer have access.

So 7:00am comes along i choose to get on however the computer froze so i had to fix that.

And after i did i tried to log in the he wakes up and starts saying i was here first and how i should sit down somewhere.

I told him I'm not going anywhere and for him to kick rocks. He didn't take that well and said well you only have 4 hour's anyways set your timer and how stupid i was but i aint doing that.

So he's stomping around saying it not fair and called mommy dearest who doesn't wanna hear it

I plan on staying up here more than 4 hour's cause i rarely get on the pc.

Actually he started a fight with my older brother by knocking his food to the ground now he's getting slapped around by him and i don't plan on helping him out of that.
