The CEO can apologize to us by resigning.

As the title states, he needs to resign. His decisions have cost everyone time and money. The value of the company continues to plummet. The man has no idea how to run a company apparently. Get someone who will focus on the product/app quality and attempt to dig them out of the hole he created by releasing the horrible unfinished app and waiting for so long to realize their mistake and actually comment on it.

Remember "It takes courage" to resign. does he have it? We will see.
