Reconstitution question

While reconstituting semax/selank into a nasal spray bottle about .1-.2ml (guess) leaked shot out of the initial syringe hole on rubber top of the hypostatic water vial. I’m assuming this was because some air entered in during the first draw.

Will this serious compromise the dosage of the nasal spray?
