Asset Allocation Strategy?

Hey Folks! Recently have been tasked with diversifying a FO from real estate (90% of portfolio) and into other asset classes (mainly venture capital).

For any other FO’s out there, how did you build your asset allocation strategy? Are there consultants that can do this for you?
