Dental

It has been over a year since I have been out. The base I was at was too booked & I never received my cleaning before getting out. For a whole entire year now I have been doing a dance with the dental VA dental where they will make me an appointment and cancel it without even telling me! I have to call back & set up another appointment. It finally got to a point to where somebody set me up with community care to get a dental appointment. Now the issue with them is the VA not sending the authorization to the outside dental clinic. I’ve called the VA community care line multiple time for them to send the authorization over & then I call the dental place & they state they didn’t get it.

How can I take this higher ? What do I do? Thank you
