How do I reset Assyst Plus Service Reminder - 2018 GLS 450
2018 GLS 450 with ~34K miles, purchased used a ~year ago with ~25K miles.
After changing the oil & filter, air filter, and checked the coolant, brake & power steering fluids, there's nothing in the Assyst Plus menu to reset the service reminder (pictures below).
The local MB service writer claims only a MB dealer can reset the Assyst Plus service reminder by connecting their proprietary computer to the OBD2 port, which they will not do for me unless I pay them to do Service B when due again in 5-10K miles.
Can I reset the Assyst Plus service reminder myself?
I've turned wrenches, maintained my cars and rebuilt engines & transmissions for ~50 years, but not much experience with Mercedes until now. My OBD2 tool is an Autel AL619, if that helps.
