How did I do for my first ever tile job?

This is a shower that I recently completely re-tiled. Constructive criticism is greatly appreciated as I will work on the master bathroom soon.

After completing the entire job, I noticed that on the left side of the window, I did not continue the pattern as I did all around the shower and, for some reason, put full tiles instead. Is this a complete eyesore? Some of my cuts are also not the best, the only saw I had was a skill saw with a tile blade on it. Will be using a more professional saw on the master.
