Best Every-Day Cream Eyeshadows

I repurchased my old holy grail cream eyeshadow from Maybelline in Urbanite and obsessed. It stays on and it lays well, some I've used in the past do not layer well or the pot just dries out easily and you only get a little use. If I remember correctly, this one dries out fast but it's not too pricey so it's ok.

Do you recommend any others? I don't mind spending money but it's got to be worth it. The problem with the Maybelline ones is there isn't a great color choice, I'd like something wearable but in different shades. Easy to put on for work, maybe add a crease color and go out the door.

Shimmer is ok, but preferably matte.
