Looking for gift advice

My sister is moving away and I wanted to give her a nice pen, ink and notebook set to take with her.

Just wanted to get some advice on what combination would be best from the community.

This would be her very first fountain pen and I wanted to give her something that she can use for a very long time.

As a note, I wanted to gift her something similar to twsbi eco or twsbi diamond 580 AL but a tier up from that?

If someone can give me some advice on combination that would be amazing!
