Migraine help from cannabis to get off excedrin

I take care of an 83 year old lady that has had migraines for 30 years. She is taking 4 extra strength excedrin a day. Of course with the rebound effect of the excedrin it causes her migraines. She has recently got a medical cannabis card to help her get off the excedrin. She would like to use gummies but is overwhelmed with all the combinations as to what to take or any other possible solutions. All suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
