ISO help coming up w/ dessert recipe that incorporates puffed quinoa, chocolate, and toasted seaweed

Recipe Troubleshooting

I want them to be three layer bars, baked in a brownie tin, with the base layer having the quinoa, the middle layer being the toasted seaweed, and the top layer being chocolate.

I want the recipe to have WholeFort’s puffed quinoa, SimpleTruth’s roasted seaweed snack, and milk chocolate in it. I was thinking of making kind of a Rice Krispie type base with the puffed quinoa and add white sesame seeds (or even tahini?), then add a thin layer of the seaweed once that’s baked on top, then a coconut milk chocolate top layer over that. Thoughts?

I keep testing out different bases (one with egg white, one with coconut oil, one with maple syrup) as a binder but they’re either not binding, taste weird, or I don’t think they’ll taste right with the seaweed and chocolate. So now I’m considering making a quinoa “rice” krispie base using Dandie’s vegan marshmallows (they’re made with an ingredient that comes from seaweed). Please help! I found a Rice Krispie recipe that has Nori and soy sauce in it, and another Rice Krispie recipe that’s made with tahini and no marshmallows. I also am not a big fan of adding coconut oil in the base because it has such an overpowering flavor, but found a vegan milk chocolate recipe out of coconut milk that I was going to use as the top layer.

Please help!
