Drugstore beetles everywhere I go

Hello everyone, ive recently identified the bugs that have been haunting me for years as drugstore beetles. In the last 4 years ive lived in 5 different cities, and no matter what i keep finding these bugs in the most random places. Sometimes i even find them crawling on me. I usually find them one at a time, theres never a group of them. I dont know what to do, i called an expert once and he told me there was no infestation (in that case i even saved a dead bug to show him, even tho he had no idea what it was supposed to be). Please help me, why do they keep following me? How do i get rid of them?
