Anyone else having a problem with this?

The newest drivers for the rtx 3050 laptop gpu seem to have halved my performance on most games. Its horrible. Cant get 30 fps on cyberpunk on dogshit settings when before i could get 60 fps with mediocre graphics. Does anyone else have this problem?
