My Rtx 3070 keeps having major lag, less than 20 fps in furmark

My Colorful Rtx 3070 keeps having major lag and extremely low fps, but the thing is its on and off. It can work perfectly fine after turning on one time and the next time i turn it on it lags heavily and is unusable. Sometimes its fine without load, but when i open application the mouse also lags crazy and same low fps. I updated drivers, reinstalled clean installation etc, turned on and off Resizeable bar, nothing seems to fix it permanently. Specs are 650w fsp dagger pro 80+ gold Colorful Rtx 3070 Jginyue b550i 1tb transcend ssd 32gb ddr4 3600mhz Ryzen 5 5600
