For those not familiar with the sheet, this is now its tenth year of production. It has been heavily refined with the help of r/fantasyfootball and I will continue to update projections about once per week throughout the preseason.

This spreadsheet takes https://fantasypros.com consensus projections along with your league parameters (positions drafted, # teams, scoring system) and projects VBD-based values for position players (QB, RB, WR, TE). It assumes you aren't spending more than $1 on K/DEF since most experts won't even attempt to project those positions. Consensus projections are generally more accurate than any individual site, so I use this as my master rankings list for all drafts.

It works for both auction drafters (use the auction sheet), and snake drafters (use the cheat sheet).

For auction drafters, it lets you choose a starter and bench budget so you can decide if you want to go for a balanced draft or stars & scrubs. Auction drafters will also find it very valuable to enter picks as they are made to keep track of team spending, rosters, and budgets.

For snake drafters, the cheat sheet macro will generate rankings based on your scoring system. Simply mark off players as being drafted with an "x" and the sheet will update to highlight the next top-ranked player by VBD. Use this along with the Positional Scarcity % at the top of each position table on the cheat sheet to decide who to pick next.
