2nd dose sickness blues

So, I injected my 2nd dose (5 units, 0.25 mg) on Thursday evening. Felt fine, went to bed. Woke up and felt like complete garbage. Nausea and, eventually a splitting headache. The headache just now got better (it is currently saturday). I did take a Zofran and that helped. It was the headache that kicked my butt.

I'm hoping I felt sick for another reason because if this becomes a trend, there is no way I can sustain thebutter. I told my husband that I'd rather be overweight than lose two complete days to sickness every week.

I'm going to be patient and continue onward. My start weight was 185 and I am down to 179, but I did not feel fantastic most of the first week.... so I simply didn't eat that much. And then whammo. Two days of laying in bed because I'm a creampuff when it comes to headaches.

I'd love to hear from others who have experienced this. Did the headaches subside? Maybe I need more water. Maybe it is an electrolyte issue?

Let me know. I want to lose weight, but who has time for crushing headaches?
