Max Studio or Ultra?

I am scared of big purchases but my time has come on this.

I have been running with a M1 Mac mini (2020) for over 4 years now and I think it's finally starting to die on me. I work with very heavy files sizes for video editing, using Davinci Resolve. I have recently started shooting with a Black Magic 6k G1 camera and the raw footage in Davinci is moving very slow, even with a timeline set in 1080p. I also tend to run multiple softwares at the same time.

So, my question at this point (which may be stupid) is should I go with a maxed out Studio Max or a Stock Ultra?

First and for most I'm yearning for the ability to edit without lag or significant frame drops, but I also want to feel good about the longevity of the Mac.
