Google Calendar Sync: Sync Entire Space?

Until somewhat recently, I had google calendar sync set up which synced all tasks in my space to a calendar. At some point in the past several months, this seems to have been broken.

Setting up a sync to google calendar now seems to be explicit, and now seems to require that each individual list be selected individually. Selecting the space, or a folder, does not appear to sync tasks in lists of that object to the calendar. It is also extremely unclear from the docs when the sync should happen, making debugging any sync issues extremely frustrating since I can't tell if the sync hasn't worked for whatever reason or if clickup just hasn't gotten around to syncing yet.

Can someone please clarify what the new behavior actually is? specifically:

1. do I actually have to specify each list I want to sync explicitly?
2. What is the expected timeframe for syncs?
