2014 honda civic alarm system

I have a problem with the alarm system on my 2014 honda civic. While driving, sometimes the anti-theft system will arm and then while continuing to drive the alarm will start going off. I have changed the battery in the key fob, and replaced the car battery not too long ago. Any suggestions on what might be causing this would be appreciated.
