Problems with Pasticstone Record

Hi everyone, I have purchased a vinyl more than two months ago. I know sometimes it takes a bit to reply to every mail but they never replied. Only after commenting on their ig they sent me a tracking number of the parcel. after more than two weeks this code is still not present in the DPD website. After sending me this tracking number they just disappeared. I start to think I'm just being scammed and I thought about asking you guy if something similar happened to someone else or it's something that happened to me then I'll take the next steps by reporting this business
