Planning to open Barber shop business.

Hello everyone. I just want to ask for advice, im planning to open a barbershop business. The location is good (infront ng store ko is a soon to open Citimall). Im a 25yrs old with enough funds to open a barbershop business. I just want to seek for advice sana. May nakausap na din ako na barbero na nag commit sa akin mag work. Any advice or tips for a newbie like me? 🥺

note: Im not a barber and zero skills regarding cutting hair.
