Anyone here renting at WOVA on Furzer St?

I was just wondering if anyone had an opinion on renting (not buying) at WOVA on Furzer St.

• Main concern is the walls - are they soundproof at all? (had bad experiences with other apartments where you could hear the TV and just about anything the neighbour is doing)
