Help! stuck in loadin screen

Hello, I wonder if anyone can help me. I've not been able to play the academy event since part 1 because I'm stuck in the loading screen when wanting to play the story or even the battle.

I've reinstalled, changed my phone region, restarted the phone, cleared cache, repaired download & even contacted the support; they all don't work & even the support said they can't help 😭

does anyone have the same problem or know how to solve it?
