Survival bug?

So I was doing a syndicate survival for Perrin on monolith with baruuk prime and 2 things happened; One: I ran out of life support and for some reason I stopped at 20 hp and fluctuated between 18 because of number 2. There was a blue splat with a black x in it where the buffs go. Number 2: I have gotten 2 no name unkillable moas on monolith from the same mission because I got one of those random mission failures
