Bad Teammates

I always get bad teammates or teammates that don’t use their mic. How do I win as a solo or duo when it’s usually a 2v5 half the game. I’m currently top 100 radiant and I have a duo and we usually carry just fine but god does it suck when we have the bad days where it’s nothing but no comms and no skill teammates and all we do is drop 60-70 kills combined.
