Low maintenance, budget friendly, good MPG

Hi, car friends. Please help me decide what car to purchase. My husband and I have a 2024 Subaru Outback now, which we love, but we need a second car (we will keep the Outback). We want something better on gas and with low maintenance. We are willing to buy used.
