Terrified and filled with Anxiety

30 (f) Hi all, long time lurker, first time poster. I have been a heavy daily drinker for about 9 years. (Wine) My blood tests always came back slightly elevated, but none of my doctors ever mentioned it. So, I went on about my merry ways. Anyways, fast forward to May of this year I accidentally took a blood test thinking it was a test for my Rheumatologist (I also have RA), but it was actually a fasting blood draw for my yearly physical. I was terrified (and still am) of my results. My AST was 151 and my ALT was 95. Everything else was within normal range. Anyways, this caused me to drastically cut down on my consumption and alarmed me. Especially regarding the AST:ALT ratio, I had lived in a constant state of panic. I asked my Dr. to redo the lab work as I had not been fasting, and he agreed. I just got my results and my ALT is 25 and AST is 20. I have since been throwing in more "dry days" and when I do drink I moderate my amounts. Before my blood draw in May, I was probably drinking 6-7 small glasses of wine a night. As of right now all this elevated in my blood work is my MCV at 102.5, which indicates heavy alcohol consumption, so I know with time this should (hopefully) go down. I don't know where to go from here. I started eating better in a calorie deficit with lots of veggies and walking at least 30 min. a day as I am overweight. I am living in a state of paranoia that I gave myself cirrhosis and I have break downs hyper focusing on it because I know if I do, it is all my fault. I'm not seeking medical advice, but I assume my numbers are going in the right direction and I am making good lifestyle changes. I just don't know what to do.
