5 Gram trip questions

I 17M have a chocolate bar with 5gs of penis envy revert. I've eaten them once before and it was my first time taking mushrooms besides dried shrooms, and It kinda just grabbed me by the balls 25 mins after eating the chocolate.

I wasn't expecting it to hit so fast and so intensely and i spent the next 4 hours on the phone with my friend losing my mind until it calmed down.

Since then. I've split a few of the same chocolate bars with my girlfriend and it all went well. Now I'm ready to try a full bar by myself again, and I know what to expect.

Though I now know it will be the most intense trip i've had besides the last time i tried this, and even then i was barely paying attention to the trip, i was mainly trying to calm myself down.

Does anyone have any advice for keeping calm during a trip? Anything i should prepare?
