Disappointed at Cracker Barrel

I’m really upset with #crackerbarreloldcountrystore. My wife has wanted this holiday statue they #crackerbarreloldcountrystore sell. She couldn’t get it on line so back in Florida, her mom found one, a white ghost carrying a lantern (and another one that she wanted) so she purchased them in a sealed box from the store, never opened. Her mom sent them via UPS to get here a few days later(we live in Wisconsin). Upon opening the box with the ghost in it, we noticed it was broken. We figured it got damaged in shipping though it was very well protected. We took the ghost out of the box and looked for the pieces. Not anywhere in the box which tells me that the ghost was packed broken. Not at all UPS’s fault. My wife contacted them and explained the situation and was told that we had to take it up with UPS. When trying to explain the situation further, the contact person immediately started talking over my wife and said again, we had to take it up with UPS. Not right, not fair and we are definitely never eating or shopping at the #crackerbarreloldcountrystore ever again and I am spreading the word about the really horrible service that arose from this bad situation!
